Container loading and first-year spare parts checklist
Most first-container friction is paperwork and parts — not paint color.

Ask for crate drawings and units-per-container estimates early. Narrow orchard units often pack denser, which changes landed cost more than a small HP step.
Require serial-number photos before sealing. Pair them with the packing list in one email thread so warranty claims later have a clean trail.
A practical first-year kit includes filters, belts, common seals and electrical wear parts. Stock locally even if the container already feels full — air freight for a $12 seal destroys margin.
Confirm manual language and labeling before production lock if you run OEM/ODM. Late artwork is a common reason export slots slip.
